I am also very capable to tactfully negotiate those delicate sales involving a divorce or separation. I work with clients looking to sell their property, experienced investors and all types of buyers from families that are growing to families that are down-sizing.

- I have lived in Langley since 1972 and raised my son and currently my grandaughter.
- I am a member of Back Country Horseman, and have owned and ridden a horse for over 20 years so I understand horse owner's needs and acreages.
- I am a member of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and worked for Homelife Benchmark Realty , Walnut Grove Office, since 1991.
- I have been a member of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board Medallion Club (top 10%) for many of those years and in the top 15-20% for the balance of those years.
