I have
lived in Langley since 1972. I have grown up in
this community as a child myself, and then raised my son and now my
granddaughter in the same community. I am a member of the Fraser
Valley Real Estate Board and worked for Homelife Benchmark Realty ,
Walnut Grove Office, since 1991. I have been a member of the Fraser
Valley
Real Estate Board Medallion Club (top 10%) for many of those years and
in the
top 15-20% for the balance of those years. I
continue to update my educational and technical skills with courses
throughout
each calendar year. I work very hard and love my chosen career that

I am a member of Back Country Horseman, and have owned and ridden a horse for over 20 years, I participated with my son in 4H, (sheep) and am very knowledgeable to assist you to sell or purchase acreage properties as well as residential homes, apartments, and town homes.

I have been known to talk people out of a sale or purchase if I can see it does not meet their long term needs. I will also give you excellent advice regarding the sale or purchase of your home or property, but then allow you to make the final decisions without pressure. I work well with seniors and first time buyers too with endless patience for the many questions that often arise. I am also very capable to tactfully negotiate those delicate sales involving a divorce or separation.
If you require advice or referrals to other professionals associated to a real estate purchase, I can recommend many good trades people, lawyers, home inspectors, and septic inspector, and well/water equipment companies, etc.
I primarily work in Surrey, Langley, Cloverdale, White Rock, and Abbotsford, although licensed to work anywhere in BC.
